Remember the music....

Do you remember the music you use to listen to in high school. I know I listened to some pretty interesting stuff. I had this big thing for Duran Duran, English Beat, AHA, Flock of Seagulls, The Eurythmic & some old stuff like The Knack, The Gap Band, Ohio Players...It was fun to listen to because it meant something at the time. Each song represented something major that happened to you. A friend & I used to sit up late at night on the phone and think of ways to let each other know when a certain guy look at us. So when he was looking in our general direction we would sing something like "Break it to me gently" by Juice Newton. But if he was really looking at us or coming our way we would sing "The Look of Love" (I can remember the British band that sang it) at the time we thought it was really cute. But now when I think of it, I get a really good laugh and remember that time fondly. If anyone reads this tell me about thing that you related certain songs too. Believe me it's fun to remember stuff like this....It helps you remember old faces and old crushes. And of course it might even help you remember fondly old classmates. So if you are a classmate of mine....just drop me a line. Until next time.....SEE YA!!!

Let Us Begin...

Hey Guys and Gals it has been a long time since we have seen each other & I just wanted you all to know that I can not wait till next year to see you all.

Oh, I am sorry.... I forgot to let all of those who are visiting this blog for the first time what I am doing here. I am using my blog to reconnect with people I went to high school with in 1986. Where you might ask did I go to high school? Well, let me tell you, Morristown Hamblen High School East - Morristown, Tennessee. It will be 20 years in 2006 and I am helping with some other classmates to organize our class reunion. And let me tell you, We have the youngest looking 20 year class ever. And very nice looking I might add.

It would be really great if I could connect with as many former classmates as I possible could. We are just beginning to contact each other again after our 10 year reunion. I am going to really try not to lose contact again. So if anyone reading this blog knows anyone who went to high school in Morristown, TN and graduated in 1986, please contact me. Or if you are a graduate, contact me. It would be so wonderful to hear from you, any of you, after all these years.

And hey, anyone who hasn't graduate with me, if you read this and you happened to have organized a class reunion and have some success stories or even things you would like to see repeated by anyone else organizing their reunion, let me know. Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated.

I hope to have some pictures to post soon of some of our awesome classmates and notes of what they are up to now. But not to much info, because if I do that... you won't have any reason to come to the reunion. Well, other than to see how much everyone has changed in 20 years.

I hope that this will be an interesting blog and as well as a fun one. When all is said and done, I hope to continue this as my own personal blog to keep up with everyone across the country and hopefully to get to know new friends as well.

So keep it real, keep it cool and most of all have lots of FUN!

Hope to hear from some of you very soon!!!
